Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Azura website, linking your Discord account, redeeming a license key, or downloading and launching the AzuraDLC loader (azuraloader.jar), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, redeem, or use AzuraDLC.

2. License Grant & Hardware Binding (HWID)

Purchasing and redeeming an AzuraDLC license key grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the software on a single computer.

  • Single-Machine Lock: Your license binds to your computer's hardware identifier (HWID).
  • No Account or Loader Sharing: Your loader and license key are strictly for your individual use. Sharing your loader file, license key, or account credentials with any other person or machine is strictly prohibited.

3. Strict Anti-Piracy, Anti-Leaking & DMCA Enforcement

AzuraDLC, its loader, and all delivered client binaries and assets are proprietary, copyrighted works. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward piracy, leaking, and unauthorized redistribution.

  • Prohibited Actions: You may not copy, redistribute, upload, leak, crack, decompile, reverse-engineer, unpack, modify, or attempt to bypass the authentication or licensing mechanisms of AzuraDLC or its loader.
  • Cryptographic Watermarking: Every loader and delivered build contains unique cryptographic signatures and license-specific marks tied directly to your license ID and Discord account. Leaked or shared builds are traceable back to the exact license that received them.
  • DMCA Takedowns & Legal Action: Any unauthorized hosting, distribution, or sharing of AzuraDLC software, source code, or cracked builds on third-party websites, forums, Discord servers, or file hosts will be met with formal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Takedown Notices (17 U.S.C. § 512), abuse reports to hosting providers, and further legal enforcement where applicable.
  • Immediate Revocation: Any attempt to pirate, leak, share, or tamper with the software will result in immediate and permanent revocation of your license and account without notice or refund.

4. Pricing, Payments & Refund Policy

AzuraDLC is offered as a Monthly license ($4.99 for 30 days) or a One-Time Lifetime license ($9.99). Because license keys and digital loaders are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been issued or redeemed. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback will result in immediate permanent revocation of all associated licenses.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

AzuraDLC is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for how and where you use the software. Azura is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft, and we are not responsible for any third-party server restrictions, game account penalties, or damages arising from the use of the client.
